Why Pike?
Pi Kappa Alpha offers its members the opportunity to be the best men they can be. The fraternity builds its members to be the best scholars, leaders, athletes, and gentlemen. Joining the brotherhood of Pi Kappa Alpha opens doors to lifetime opportunities from being networked to over 240,000 other members (including alumni from all over the world) to enjoying a wholesome college experience.
Pikes on the Trinity campus look for a diverse group of strong men who are driven to achieve their goals regardless of what it may be. If being a member of the largest and strongest fraternity on campus appeals to you, do not hesitate to contact us at tupikes@gmail.com.
Scholars
Pikes at Trinity are top in their class and hail from a variety majors, minors and academic interests. From biology, chemistry and engineering, to international business, chinese, and history, TU Pikes are committed to recruiting strong gentlemen from diverse academic backgrounds. Pikes are also dedicated to academic success. We have recently instituted a tutoring program where older members mentor the younger members in similar areas of study.
Leaders
Every member of the brotherhood is required to be a member of another organization apart from the fraternity. TU Pikes take a further step to push members to be leaders in these organizations. Our members are part of the student government body, executives of the Greek Council, presidents of Honor Societies, and advocates in the Trinity community.
Athletes
More than half of the members of Pikes are members of varsity and club athletic teams in football, tennis, lacrosse, soccer, ultimate frisbee, golf, basketball, and much more. However, our definition of an athlete goes beyond the regular sporting activities. We view athletes as people who are self driven to healthy competition in every area of their lives. Pikes strive to be number one in everything we do.
Gentlemen
Above all, every member of Pi Kappa Alpha is valued highly in the community. Pi Kappa Alpha gives all its members the platform to be better gentlemen to their fellow brothers, women, friends, networks, and to the rest of the community.
Rush starts September 24, so check back here for more information at that point. To learn more about going Greek, check out Trinity's Campus & Community Involvement page.
